For Petitioner : M.Jegadeesh Pandian For Respondent : Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi Government Advocate (Crl.Side) COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)Nos.11418 and 11419 of 2025, dated 01.09.2025, pending criminal appeals.

2. The petitioners in their petition submitted that they are put to untold hardship due to the present condition and their entire life got 2/5

affected. The petitioner further averred that they are regularly appearing before the concerned place without any default. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the order passed by this court on 01.09.2025, without any default.

4.Heard both sides and perused the materials on record. 5.In view of the averments made in the affidavit and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court dated 01.09.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeals. 15.12.2025 Sn 3/5
