The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 16.09.2025 made in W.P(MD) No.25185 of 2025, wherein a direction was issued to the second respondent to dispose of the complaint lodged by the petitioner under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, the second respondent in the writ petition has issued proceedings dated 21.01.2026.
