ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2025 and take necessary action against the accused.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. There is a dispute between the house owner and the tenant. The allegation of the petitioner is that the accused person used obscene words. Hence, this Court directs the respondent police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any criminal offence is made out, appropriate proceedings may be initiated. It is made clear that, if the dispute is civil in nature, the respondents shall not interfere in the same.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
