PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10956 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.833 of 2024 dated 28.08.2025.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10956 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.833 of 2024 dated 28.08.2025.

2. This Court by an order dated 28.08.2025 directed the petitioner to stay at Villupuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an agricultural coolie and due to this condition, he could not perform his regular work and he has been complying with the condition of this Court from 10.09.2025 till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition.

5. In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner, to stay at Villupuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6. This petition is ordered accordingly.
