Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. side) Prayer: To modify the condition No.2(a) that imposed in Cr.MP.No.7259 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.4, Madurai, dated 03.11.2025 in so far as the 2nd condition is concern and consequently direct to the petitioner to report before the Judicial Magitrate No.4, Madurai District.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.MP.No.7259 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.4, Madurai, dated 03.11.2025 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police are threatening the petitioner with foisting a false case against him. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court in Cr.MP.No.7259 of 2025 dated 03.11.2025 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No. IV, Madurai, daily at 10:30 a.m. for a period of 35 days. If the petitioner is absent even for a single day, no relaxation shall be entertained.''

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
