ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the proceedings in C.C.No.1397 of 2023 pending on the file of The Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Tiruchirappalli within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the accused in this case has been protracting the proceedings. The case was registered in the year 2021 and taken on file in the year 2023. The petitioner seeks for expeditious conduct of the trial in the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Tiruchirappalli.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the nature of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Tiruchirappalli is directed to dispose of the 2/4

case in C.C.No.1397 of 2023 in Crime No.13 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
