(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to transfer the petitioner's husband namely Alexraj,

S/o.Amalraj, aged about 27 years, serving as an under trial prisoner from the Central Prison, Cuddalore to Central Prison, Madurai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that while pending the writ petition, the second respondent by an order dated 02.01.2026 transferred the petitioner's husband from Central Prison, Cuddalore to Central Prison, Madurai.
