Seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.20 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police, this criminal original petition is filed. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.20 of 2022 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamelkudi, through e-filing No.LTN20220002277C202600001, on 28.12.2025. However, the same has not been taken on file.

3. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamelkudi, is directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. 06.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
