The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to take further action on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.10.2025 within a stipulated time.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complainant dated 15.10.2025 and pass orders, in accordance to law, within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
