Alleging that the order of this Court dated 29.07.2025 passed in W.P(MD) No.20598 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 29.07.2025, passed in W.P(MD) No. 20598 of 2025, has been duly complied with and produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5927/2025/F, dated 13.01.2026, before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, no further order is required in this contempt petition and the same stands closed. It is needless to say that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 13.01.2026, he is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
