ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus seeking direction to the 4th respondent to refer the matter to peace committee meeting before the 3rd respondent for celebrating Kaliamman Temple Festival, Sadaiyampatti, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District to be held on 09.12.2025 to 11.12.2025 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2025.

However, notice was not served on the 5th respondent herein/private party, considering the fact that this Court has already dealt with the issue in another writ petition in W.P.(MD) No. 15598 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025 and passed an order. Further, a Peace Committee meeting had already been conducted on 13.01.2025. 2/4

3. Considering all these aspects, this Court is of the considered opinion that it would suffice to direct the third respondent/Tahsildar to conduct an inquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 5th respondent and to pass appropriate orders, forthwith.
