ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2025 and rectify the mistake and restore the passage in Survey No.18 of Devadanam Village, Tiruchirappalli City Municipal Corporation. 2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, it has been brought to the notice of the writ petitioner that a settlement deed has been executed in favour of the Trichy Corporation and therefore, they may be granted liberty to challenge the same by way of an independent proceedings. 3.In view of the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to initiate fresh writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 07.01.2026 2/4
