ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2025, in accordance with law, within a stipulated time.

2. It is submitted by the prosecution that the original complaint has already been taken on file, investigation has been conducted, and a charge sheet has been filed before the TANPID Court, where the case is pending.

3. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already approached the TANPID Court. However, the TANPID Court directed the petitioner to approach the police for further investigation with regard to his complaint.

4. Therefore, the respondents are directed to take the petitioner's complaint on file, conduct investigation, and submit an additional report before the TANPID Court. Upon receipt of the same, the TANPID Court shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. 2/4

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
