ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to strike off the Execution proceedings in EP No.14 of 2022 in OS No.60 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Srivaikuntam. 2.This Court, vide order dated 17.12.2025, had directed the Court below to send a report for not furnishing the certified copy of the judgment and decree made in A.S.No.81 of 2023, dated 18.11.2025 and in compliance of the same, the learned Subordinate Judge, Srivaikundam, had sent a letter, vide proceedings D.No.6/2026, dated 02.01.2026, to the Registrar (Admn) of this Court, wherein, it had been stated that the Xerox machine of the Court below was under repair, which resulted an unavoidable delay and immediately upon noticing the delay, necessary steps were taken and copy of the judgment had since been furnished. 3.The explanation offered by the learned Subordinate Judge, Srivaikundam, is accepted and the report in D.No.6/2026, dated 02.01.2026 is now taken on record.

4.Since the copy of the judgment in A.S.No.81 of 2023, dated 18.11.2025 had been furnished, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
