ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet maintained by the 3rd respondent in H.S.No.6 of 2022 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, is directing the respondents to consider the said representation in accordance with law. As far as the contention of the petitioner that the police are visiting the petitioner's house and intimidating him is concerned, the respondents are directed not to intimidate the petitioner. If the petitioner is required for any enquiry or investigation, the respondents shall issue summons. On such issuance of summons, the petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry or investigation. The respondents shall not unnecessarily visit the petitioner's house or cause intimidation.
