O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to survey and demarcate the property comprised in Survey No.253/22, Patta No.1657, measuring an extent of 0.80.0 Hectares, situated at Tharikomban Village, North Andakudi Group, Ilayankudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an online application has been made for the demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that once the requisite fee is paid by the petitioner and after Page No. 2 of 5

consideration of the claims of the parties, appropriate steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 29.09.2025 subject to payment of the requisite fee, demarcate the petitioner's land after considering the claims of all parties by issuing notice to all interested parties and pass appropriate orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
