This petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioners when they are fencing their properties in S.Nos.7/5, 9/1A1B, 8/1, 8/4, 7/11 and 9/7 situated at Pudhukulam Bit II Village, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.09.2025.
ORDER
This petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioners, when they are fencing their properties in S.Nos.7/5, 9/1A1B, 8/1, 8/4, 7/11 and 9/7 situated at Pudhukulam Bit II Village, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.09.2025.
2. The contention of the petitioners is that this Court has passed an order in C.R.P(MD) No.863 of 2013, in favour of the petitioners. Therefore, the petitioners are seeking survey, lay the survey stones and fence the property.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side), however, would submit that
the petitioners have not stated in their representation that as to who is opposing the conduct of such survey.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioners are directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent indicating the proposed objectors. If it is submitted, the same shall be considered by the second respondent in accordance with law. If the petitioners are entitled to survey the land as per the order made in Civil Revision Petition C.R.P(MD) No.863 of 2013, the second respondent shall take action in accordance with law.
