O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to survey the petitioner's land in Survey No.866/6B, measuring an extent of 0.6.00 hectares, comprised in Patta No.2346, situated at Vadakku Panaivadali Sathiram Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District and lay boundary stones based on the online application and e-challan dated 15.05.2025.
2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an online application has been made for the demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the first and second respondent to consider the online application and the e-challan of the petitioner dated 15.05.2025, demarcate the petitioner's land after consideration of the claims of all parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that if required, police assistance shall be taken subject to payment of the necessary charges by the petitioner. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court. Page No. 3 of 5
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
