O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to grant patta to the petitioner for his possessed lands for an extent of 0.01.00 ares, in Natham Survey No. 207/7 of Thattati Revenue Village, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District on the strength of the decree and judgment in O.S.No. 132 of 2011 dated 11.09.2024 made by the Additional District Munsif, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District based on his representations dated 15.10.2024 and 07.10.2025 within a period of stipulated time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner submitted representations on 15.10.2024 and 07.10.2025 to the respondents for issuance of patta. However, no action has been taken on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the 4th respondent within a time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
