2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the intervenor.

3. The Registry is directed to delete Condition No.4(b) imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.19580 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 12870 of 2025, dated 16.12.2025, and substitute the same as follows: "4(b) The petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.

4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) to the defacto complainant in six instalments on or before 30.06.2026. Pursuant to the compromise entered into between the parties, both parties have agreed to withdraw all cases filed against each other before the concerned Court. The parties have further agreed to file a petition for mutual divorce to seek appropriate relief."

4. The order is clarified accordingly. The other conditions imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.19580 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12870 of 2025, dated 16.12.2025 remain unaltered.
