O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents, with the aid of the third respondent, to survey and demarcate the property in Survey No. 61/39, measuring 0.3.50 hectares, situated in Kilankadu Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner gave a representation dated 08.09.2025 for the demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question in the Grievance Redressal Camp, in person, on receipt of which Grievance ID No. Page No. 2 of 5

TN/REV/TKS/P/COLLMGDP/08SEP25/15043170 dated 08.09.2025 was generated, and thereafter the petitioner paid the prescribed fee on 30.09.2025 for the demarcation of the boundaries of the property. However, no action has been taken to demarcate the boundaries of the property.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that, after consideration of the claims of both parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the first and second respondents to consider the application of the petitioner, and to demarcate the petitioner's land after consideration of the claims of all parties and to pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
