ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to set aside the order dated 22.09.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, in Cr.M.P.No.10 of 2025 in C.C.No.56 of 2023 10 of 2025. 2.A careful perusal of the impugned order would reveal that after considering the petition filed by the petitioners seeking to receive additional documents, the counter filed by the respondents and hearing both the parties, only on the basis of the admission made by the petitioner's counsel himself that the details of the document were not stated in the avernments of the main case and that the documents sought to be marked were xerox copies, the impugned order of dismissal came to be passed. Therefore, I do not find any infirmity in the impugned order and the same needs no interfere. 2/4
3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No cp TO:- The Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli.
