The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from History Sheet opened in History Sheet No.20/2021 on the basis of the representation dated 05.12.2025 within a stipulated time.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2025 and pass orders, in accordance to law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
