This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had made a representation dated 17.11.2025, and that no action has been taken thereon by respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has merely mentioned the name of the accused and has not furnished the address or other relevant particulars and documents.

4. Considering the rival submissions, this Court directs the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the enquiry and to furnish all relevant materials as required. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
