The petitioner, who is working as a Salesman in the second respondent Society, has submitted a representation that his promotion due to him has not been provided. This representation has not been considered by the respondents and therefore, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition.

2.Mr.C.Venkatesh Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the petitioner is not eligible for the promotion.
3.In that event, the respondents ought to have passed an order on what ground the petitioner's promotion has been denied. Keeping the representation unattended would certainly deprive the petitioner from his rights. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.02.2019, 01.10.2022, 17.11.2020 and 23.11.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
