This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents 2 and 3 as respondents 2 and 3 in the Writ Petition.

2. Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for R1, has no objection to allow this petition.

3. In view of the same and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the cause title and list the matter thereafter.
