ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.1104 of 2025 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this transfer petition and they have also circulated a letter to the Registry dated 02.06.2026 to that effect and also made an endorsement.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
