The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 480 days in re-presenting the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 480 days.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the main Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and list the main Civil Revision Petition "for admission" on 18.12.2025.
