ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition dated 23.09.2025, filed by the petitioner Temple, within the time limited fixed by this Court.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, they filed a revision petition dated 23.09.2025, requesting to change the classification of land before the first respondent and the said revision is pending.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's revision petition will be considered on its merits and in accordance with law.

5. Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's revision petition dated 23.09.2025, on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state, the revision petition shall be considered and disposed of after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the fourth respondent herein, and all other interested persons.
