The petitioner is working as Staff Nurse. The petitioner with a grievance that he has not been promoted has submitted a representation and has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to include his name in the list for promotion and consequently, promote him as Nursing Tutor Grade-II. 2.Mr.C.Venkatesh Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and submits that the panel for the promotional post of Nursing Tutor Grade-II is yet to be prepared. While preparing the panel, if the petitioner herein is eligible, he would also be considered. 2/4
