ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in CMA(MD)SR No.106677 of 2025 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the bundle to dispense with notice as against the 2nd respondent, as the 2nd respondent was set ex parte before the Tribunal. In view of the endorsement, notice to the 2nd respondent is hereby dispensed with. 2/4

4. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has raised only a formal objection to this petition, and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent has not raised any objection to this petition.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
