This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry and cancel the settlement deed Document No.1153/2011 dated 19.07.2011, by way of consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2025.

2. Mr.V.Om Prakash, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner has made a representation seeking to cancel the settlement deed dated 19.07.2011, executed by him in favour of his children. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2025 would be considered in accordance with law. 2/4

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2011, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
