4. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 & 2, the learned counsel for the 4th respondent, and the learned counsel for the 5th respondent have not raised any objections to this petition.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
