PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14147 of 2025 dated 01.09.2025. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14147 of 2025, dated 01.09.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 11 occasions.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 11 occasions, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14147 of 2025 dated 01.09.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. (S S Y J) 12.12.2025 pal 2/4
