To relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 19.08.2025 in Crl M.P.(MD). No.10583 of 2025 in Crl R.C.(MD). No.1029 of 2025.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10583 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.1029 of 2025, dated 19.08.2025, directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Thanjavur on all working days at 10.30 AM until further orders.

2. Heard Mr.R.Narmathan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Senthilkumar, learned counsel for respondents.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 19.08.2025, regularly.

4. Since the condition imposed upon petitioner by this Court has been complied with, the condition No.7(iv) imposed by this Court in

Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10583 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.1029 of 2025, dated 19.08.2025 is modified as follows:- "Petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Thanjavur District, on the first working day of every English Calendar month, commencing from January, 2026, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

5.With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.

6.At this juncture, learned Counsel for both parties pray this Court to refer the matter to Mediation.

7.Accordingly, this Court directs the parties to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, for conciliation, on 05.01.2026.

8. Registry is directed to list the matter after obtaining report from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 23.01.2026. 15-12-2025 LR
