ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent police, submitted that this Court had directed the petitioner to appear for medical examination. It is submitted that the petitioner appeared before the respondent police only on one occasion. He further submitted that the case is still at the stage where the crime number has not yet been assigned.

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
