O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.736 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.58 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025.

2. This Court by an order dated 13.08.2025 directed the petitioners to stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Inspector of Police, Nagapattinam Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that because of the stay of the petitioners at Nagapattinam, their livelihood is very much affected and they have been complying with the conditions of this Court from 24.08.2025 till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition.

5. In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioners, to stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Inspector of Police, Nagapattinam Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6. This petition is ordered accordingly.
