O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents to grant permission to set up Aavin Bunk Shop by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2025.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, Madurai District Cooperative Milk Producers Union, by way of proceedings dated 24.04.2015, granted permission to the writ petitioner to run Aavin Booth. However, the respondents 1 and 2 herein have so far not considered the request of the petitioner for putting up Aavin Booth.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent on 15.07.2025 which has been forwarded to the Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) of Madurai Corporation on 21.07.2025. 2/5

4. The Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Madurai Corporation, Arignar Anna Maligai, II Floor, Thallakulam, Madurai, is suo motu impleaded as the third respondent.

5. In view of the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2025 and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
