ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Tirumangalam, to dispose the O.S.No.354 of 2022, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. This Court, vide order dated 09.01.2026, had directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Tirumangalam, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tirumangalam, had sent a report vide proceedings D.No.180/2026, dated 27.01.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2005 to 2026, which was addressed to the Additional Registrar General of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 1983 and the pendency of the cases in the year 2022 is 253.

3. Since the present suit is of the year 2022, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tirumangalam, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.354 of 2022, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
