ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.7315 of 2025, dated 19.08.2025.

2. This Court by an order dated 19.08.2025 directed the petitioners to stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Nagapattinam Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m.,

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition of this Court from 23.08.2025.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition. 5.In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
