O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.12221 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.992 of 2024 dated 22.07.2025.

2. This Court by an order dated 22.07.2025 directed the petitioner to stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Vellore South Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that because of the stay of the petitioner at Vellore, his livelihood is very much affected and he has also health issues and that he has been complying with the conditions of this Court till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition.

5. In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioners, to stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Vellore South Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6. This petition is ordered accordingly.
