O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1513 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.135 of 2025 dated 11.08.2025.

2. This Court by an order dated 11.08.2025 directed the petitioners to stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are unable to bear the expenditure incurred due to their stay at Chengalpattu and further, A2 is 70 years old and is facing health issues and that they have been complying with the conditions of this Court from 11.08.2025 to 07.12.2025.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition.

5. In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioners, to stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6. This petition is ordered accordingly.
