PRAYER :- To Cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted to the 2nd respondent in Crl.OP.(MD).No.16903/2025 dated 06.10.2025 on the file of this Court in connection with Crime No.14/2025 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The first contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail is that the petitioner had mistakenly mentioned the Crime No. 4 of 2025 instead of Crime No.14 of 2025. This Court is of the considered opinion that the same is only a typographical error.

2. The second contention is that the respondent police was wrongly mentioned in the main petition. A perusal of the records shows that the petitioner filed an amendment petition to correct the description of the respondent police and the same was allowed by this Court on 10.10.2025. Therefore, the second contention is rejected. 2/4

3. The third contention is that till date, the petitioner has not surrendered before the concerned Court and has not executed the sureties. It is seen from the records that the petitioner filed an extension petition and the same was allowed by this Court on 21.01.2026, granting further time to comply with the conditions. Therefore, the third contention is also rejected.

4. This Court has considered all the contentions raised by the petitioner and the same have been rejected. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
