The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed through e-filing in e-filing No.LTN20230001669C202500181 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur, Trichy. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
