2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh representation.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks thereafter.
