ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in P.R.C.No.322 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichirappalli.

2. The F.I.R in Crime No.924 of 2025 was registered against the petitioner by the 1st respondent police under Sections 309(4) and 311 of BNS, 2023 corresponding to Section 392 and 397 IPC. The allegation is that the petitioner had demanded a sum of Rs.700/- for consuming alcohol by threatening the defacto complainant with a knife, abusing him with filthy language and threatening him with dire consequences, thereby grabbing the said amount. The said case is pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichirappalli in P.R.C.No.322 of 2025. Considering the fact that the offense of robbery is against the society, I am not inclined to quash P.R.C.No.322 of 2025. 2/4
