O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate to the petitioner, based on the online complaint registered in LDR No. SC594202501853 dated 19.09.2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing on behalf of the respondents, submitted that the petitioner has not clearly stated whether he had lost his certificate and other relevant particulars such as the date and time of loss. In the absence of such details, the respondents were unable to process the complaint. 2/5

In view of the above submission, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh complaint, clearly indicating the documents alleged to have been lost, along with all relevant particulars, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of the same, the respondents 1 to 3 shall consider the complaint and proceed further in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks thereafter. Further, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2025, in the manner known to law.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
