ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry in pursuance of the C.S.R.No.308 of 2025 issued by the second respondent in fair and impartial manner in accordance with law.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry in C.S.R.No.308 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
