CMP(MD) NO. 19889 of 2025 Prayer : Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to appoint Court Guardian to represent Minor.Akshara (4th respondent) in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.10185 of 2025 filed against the M.C.O.P.No.59 of 2019 on the file of the Special District Court, (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Madurai.

ORDER

On the earlier occasion, i.e. on 12.01.2026, this Court directed the Legal Services Authority attached to this Bench to appoint a legal aid counsel as Court Guardian for the minor 4th respondent.

2. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the Legal Services Authority has appointed Mr.R.Jagadeeswaran, learned legal aid counsel, as the Court Guardian for the minor 4th respondent to represent her in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.10185 of 2025.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
