ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to issue a separate patta in favour of the petitioner with respect to the property comprised in Old Natham S.No. 411/2 part and New Natham S.No.411/2J, measuring 436 sq.ft (1 cent), situated in Atchamthavizhthan Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2025, and to pass appropriate orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

According to the petitioner, he is the lawful owner of the property comprised in Old Natham S.No.411/2 part and New Natham S.No. 411/2J, measuring 436 sq.ft (1 cent), situated in Atchamthavizhthan Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.11.2025, requesting the respondents 3 and 4 to issue a separate patta in his favor for the above-mentioned property. Despite the petitioner's representation, the respondents 3 and 4 have not taken any action to issue the separate patta, resulting in hardship and denial of the petitioner's lawful rights over the property. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered on its merits and in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2025, on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The representation
shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an enquiry. The respondents 3 and 4 are directed to provide reasonable opportunity during such enquiry to the petitioner and also to the other persons, who may be affected by such decision. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to work out their remedies before the Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs. NCC : Yes / No (K.SURENDER, J.)
